From my favorite walking path on a clear day, I can see Toronto just across the bay. I can see the CN Tower standing against the horizon. I often think to myself, “if Torontonian’s only knew that just 45 minutes along the QEW are affordable homes, quiet communities, and bustling downtown and entertainment districts. I knew it was a matter of time until young families discovered this great city.
The recent article in Toronto Life Magazine entitled “The New Hamiltonians“, tells me that I am not alone in my thinking. In fact, the migration has already begun.
“Diehard Torontonians who’ve had it with tiny houses and giant mortgages are moving to a refuge of space, quiet and $500,000 homes. Why Hamilton is the future of Toronto real estate.”
